1. Shipping Destinations
Crafty Consequences currently ships throughout Canada, the United States, and many international destinations.
2. Processing Time
Handmade Products
Most handmade items are crafted to order or customized.
Please allow 3–14 business days for processing before shipment.
Print-on-Demand Products
Print-on-demand apparel and other products are produced by a trusted production partner.
Production typically takes 3–7 business days before shipping.
Please note that processing times may be longer during holidays, peak shopping seasons, or if materials become temporarily unavailable.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

5. Tracking Information
Orders shipped using a tracked service will include tracking information in the shipping confirmation email.
Some economy shipping services, such as Small Packet USA, do not include tracking.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
Canada
Orders shipped within Canada are not subject to customs duties.
United States
Most handmade Canadian products qualify for duty-free entry under CUSMA when applicable.
Print-on-demand products may be manufactured outside Canada and may be subject to U.S. import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees. These charges are determined by customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
Customers outside Canada and the United States are responsible for any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by their country.
7. Free Shipping
From time to time, Crafty Consequences may offer free shipping promotions. Any active promotion will be clearly displayed at checkout.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, or destination. Any applicable limitations or additional shipping costs will be shown during checkout.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs required to resend the package.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me as soon as possible.
