1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship across Canada, the United States, and worldwide.
2. Processing Time

Handmade items: Please allow 3–14 business days for processing, as these are crafted to order or customized.

Print-on-Demand (POD) items: Processing times vary depending on our print partner, but are typically within 3–7 business days.

Delays may occur during peak shopping seasons or if materials are temporarily out of stock.

Within Canada (Canada Post):

To the United States (Canada Post):

5. Tracking Information

Orders shipped with a tracked service will include tracking details in your shipping confirmation email.

Some lower-cost options (e.g., Small Packet USA) do not include tracking.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Handmade Canadian items (paracord toys, crocheted plushies, rope art, collars, cuffs, etc.) are generally duty-free to U.S. buyers under CUSMA.

Print-on-Demand (POD) items (such as apparel, mugs, tumblers) may be produced outside Canada. These may be subject to U.S. import duties or taxes, which are collected by customs or the courier at delivery and are the buyer’s responsibility.

International buyers outside the U.S. and Canada are also responsible for any applicable import fees or taxes in their country.
7. Free Shipping
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. Any active offers will be clearly shown at checkout.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have size, weight, or material restrictions. Any limitations or additional fees will be displayed during checkout.
9. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, buyers are responsible for the cost of reshipping.
10. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at shopify@craftyconsequences.ca. We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
