At Crafty Consequences, I take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every product. Each item is carefully inspected before it is shipped to ensure it meets my standards.
Because many of my products are handmade, made to order, or personalized, all sales are generally final. However, if there is an issue with your order, I'm committed to working with you to find a fair solution.
Returns
I do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind or personal preference

Incorrect size or fit

General wear and tear

Custom or personalized products

Used impact toys or other intimate-use products unless they arrive damaged or defective

If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please contact me before placing your order.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact me immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so I can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and include:

Replacements & Refunds
Once I receive your information, I'll assess the issue.
If a manufacturing defect or shipping damage is confirmed, I may offer:

A replacement item (subject to availability and production time)

A repair, where appropriate

A refund to your original payment method if a replacement is not available
If a return is required, I'll provide instructions. Where appropriate, Crafty Consequences will cover reasonable return shipping costs.
Print-on-Demand Apparel
Apparel is produced specifically for each order through my production partner. Because of this, apparel cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size, colour selection, or change of mind.
If your apparel arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact me and I'll work with my production partner to resolve the issue.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
This right does not apply to custom-made or personalized products where permitted by applicable law.
